QUICK CHICKEN CHEESY PASTA

                                                                        (After)
This titled quick chicken cheesy pasta! I came up with this creation on a whim after getting home from work and was terribly hungry to say the least. I searched the cabinets, fridge and freezer and quickly put this together without a recipe. It took about a matter of 30 minutes total to prepare and cook. I was very hungry because I allowed myself to be at work the entire day and not have any thing to eat. Now this pasta dish was quick, easy to prepare, and took no time to cook and it would have gone well with a side salad and maybe some garlic bread, but since it was late did not want to eat too heavy of a meal and soon retire for a good slumber of sleep. The picture above is with cheese and the one below it what it will look like if you don't want any cheese. Ingredients include, chicken strips or tenderloins, olive oil, seasoning, shell pasta, and can/jar(your selection of tomato sauce), garlic, and some italian herb spices or parsley flakes.

2c of chicken tenderloins cut up and dice in chunks
2tbsp of olive oil
2c of your choice tomato sauce(i used a 32oz can of hunt's with chunky mushrooms)
1/3c cooking wine vinegar
16oz bag of shell past
2tsp parsley flakes or italian herb
1 clove of garlic
salt/pepper to taste
water

Boil water to include 1tsp of olive oil, and when rapid bowl add pasta. In a bowl add diced chicken, vinegar, parsley flakes, and seasoning. Let sit for about few seconds, then heat skillet with 1 tsp of olive oil and add chicken, cook until tender and white. Then add pasta sauce diced of clove of garlic, let cook for about 15min then add shell pasta to tomato sauce mix and little more seasoning because the acid from the tomatoes will quickly take over and simply taste like tomato sauce, so adding additional seasoning will not give it a salty taste. Stir and allow to cook for about 10 minutes and then if you want while its cooking toast your garlic bread and mix salad together and add pasta, sprinkle some sharp cheddar cheese on top or not and enjoy!

CHINESE NOODLES AND VEGGIES

okay, talk about yummmy (i like to say that alot) this my version of chinese food prepared at home and quick too just like they do it but only half the cost.
12oz pkg of Vermicelli pasta
4oz of chicken (cubed or tenderloins) uncooked
1cup of snap peas and carrots mix
1 pkg of broccoli cauliflower carrots mix
seasonings
2 shakes of hot seasame oil
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/3 cup of soy sauce
Heat skillet and add all oils, chicken, and seasonings. Boil pasta in another pot n when done set aside, do not drain. Now when chicken is done add vegggies and just a few dashes of soy sauce as well and some garlic. Then you want to add pasta to chicken and begin to stir and mix together, now at this point jus get a lil taste to make sure you dont need to add anything like seasoning if so just a lil on top and stir once more. then let simmer foar about 5min. voila!Then go for it, enjoy.
prep time about 30 mins.

Angel hair Alfredo Shrimp

Depending on how many you are serving ( my dish makes enough for about 6 to 8 people) but i always take some for lunch. Now this is so quick and affordable as well!
1 pkg of angel hair pasta
2 pieces of garlic from the clove (can subsitute garlic seasoning 3 shakes)
1 cup of diced yellow/white onion
1jar of Alfredo sauce (i use great value from walmart)
seasoning to your taste
2 cups of peeled/deveined uncooked/cooked shrimp
note: if cooked then it kinda takes away that seafood taste because of them being frozen, but can always
sautee' em in butter before adding to pot
optional: may add spinach, broccoli, or chicken

boil pasta until done add oil while boiling to keep from sticking, when done include vegetables(onions/garlic), seasoning, sauce, allow to cook for about 10-15mins then add seafood. If adding any of additional options always add before seafood, you dont want to overcook your shrimp. Now you can make a salad, garlic bread/buttery croissants to make a quick meal. Talk about yummy, then have time to read a book, play a game, any quality family activity.

Hope you enjoy.
love you guys! c ya' soon
